We use it as an instrument — never as the coach, never as the coachee, never as the relationship between them. It turns a session into a transcript you own and surfaces the patterns a long conversation can bury. It prepares the ground for thinking. It never does the thinking for you.

Privacy is built, not promised.

Sovereignty is not a setting you toggle or a vow we make. It is a property of how the thing is built. Your personal content lives in a Solid Pod you own — storage we cannot read.
